Make your own Nutritional Nosh pods at home

 

You will need:

A food processor
A baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
Pod moulds (optional)

Contents include:

1 bag of ingredients
(gluten free oat flour, organic medjool dates, CASHEW NUT butter, organic raw cacao powder
1 bag for topping

Step 1

Empty contents of ingredients bag into food processor (using the chopping blade).

Step 2

Mix on a medium speed until there are no lumps.

Step 3

Then on a slow speed add 100 mls water for approximately 1 minute.

Step 4

If your mixture hasn’t clumped together to create 1 large mass add a little drop more water and mix for another minute until it does... (You may need to repeat this process a couple of times).

Step 5

Dampen your hands a little for this next bit... Take a clump and roll into a ball the size a little smaller than a golf ball and place onto a lined tray.  IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE STARTER KIT PUSH MIXTURE INTO MOULDS PROVIDED AND THEN GENTLY EASE OUT ONTO THE LINED PAPER.

Step 6

Continue until you have used up all the mixture (Should make approx 12 balls).

Step 7

Place pods/balls on the baking tray into the freezer.

Step 8

Put the dark chocolate into a heatproof bowl over simmering water and stir until melted.

Step 9

Get the pods out the freezer and drizzle the melted chocolate on top, and the chocolate drop for the finishing touch.

Step 10

Eat or refreeze
