About
I have always had a love of sweet treats from cakes and brownies to chocolate and biscuits, which got me thinking...
“There must be a way of making healthier alternatives that satisfy your appetite, made from natural ingredients that are full of flavour and nutrients, making a perfect swap to the everyday refined sugar filled snacks."
So I began experimenting and after kilos of oats and mountains of nut butters I finally believed I got the recipe just right. They became a staple snack in my house, and then friends starting asking for them too.
My family and friends told me I should sell them, but at the time I was teaching pilates full time, had 3 children and no time to work out how I even get started on this journey.
Then Covid hit us all... I had to close down my pilates studio but this gave me the chance to get started with Nutritional Nosh".
So I’m now pleased I can introduce you to “Nutritional Nosh Pods"....
